Are you tired of spending money on games? Has the downed economy prevented you from buying games? Do you wish you can just trade your games with other people around the USA for free? Well now you can! well with a small postage fee. Its fast, its simple, and its FREE!
Here it is what you do -
Make a profile, state you favorite game, and what game you are currently playing alot of.
Then you make your games list. Select the games you have.
Then make a wishlist of games you want.
Then browse around and find the person willing to trade the game on your wish list for the game he or she has.
Then if the person accepts your offer then you ship him your game and he ships you his.
Now I know what you are thinking. What if that guy takes my game and doesn't ship his?
There are many ways to verify that that guy will ship you his game.
First you look at his feed back. You see how many trades he has done, and how many of those trades where positive trades. ( kind of like ebay) Then you look at if he is verified. Verified just means you pay switchgames $5 to verifie that you live where you put your shipping address.
If you are still not satisfied you can also buy switchgame's insurance. It costs $5. You also get a postage stamp with that insurance so you put the game in the packing material, slap the printable postage stamp and ship it off. You get your game fully covered If the game gets lost in the mail and or if the person you traded with steals your game(s).
Players also get trophies, achievements, and ribbons stating how many games you have traded.
This is the best way to save money. Why? If take a look at the stores that buy your games you will see that they are buying it for the fraction of the price you paid for it when you bought it when it was new. Here on switchgames you decide what your game is worth. You can also trade your retro games with other people who are willing to accept them.
With more and more members joining everyday, switchgames has unlimited potential.
